Alpha3 Cloud would like to inform you that we performed scheduled maintenance of our network infrastructure at the Washington cloud location. More precisely, we performed a software upgrade of our core routers. During this time frame, we upgraded the devices one by one, and the network traffic was rerouted through redundant routers we have in place.
IMPACT: There was no impact on running virtual machines, hosts, private network accessibility, and/or any other running services.

Alpha3 Cloud would like to inform you that we are preparing stage-2 of the scheduled maintenance of our network infrastructure at the Washington cloud location. More precisely, we will be performing a software upgrade of our core routers. During this time frame, we will upgrade the devices one by one. Network traffic will be rerouted through redundant routers we have in place. The actual works are to continue for 8 hours in total.
IMPACT: No impact is expected on running virtual machines, hosts, private network accessibility, and/or any other running services.
While it is important for such maintenances to be performed, as this is to ensure the quality of our services, we try to do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
