Alpha3 Cloud would like to inform you that the issue affecting the accessibility of our WebApp in our Washington cloud has now been resolved. The WebApp is fully accessible again.

During the incident, we did not observe an impact on running virtual machines or other active services.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Alpha3 Cloud would like to inform you that we are experiencing issues with the accessibility of the Web Panel in our Washington cloud.

Be informed that there is no impact on already existing services. We will keep you posted.
